After two years of negotiating and campaigning, we have reached a deal with employers for a new Agreement covering Victorian Catholic Schools (outside of the Diocese of Sale).

This Agreement achieves significant improvements to a number of important conditions for all staff, better classification structures for education support staff and, crucially, a fundamental change to the way teacher work is regulated. The new model will tackle the key workload issues highlighted by members in the No More Freebies campaign, support the professional autonomy of teachers and give us a strong foundation from which to limit workloads and ensure the sustainability of our profession.
