Cancellations Policy
Cancellations received 5 days prior to the course are without penalty. Where enrolments are cancelled less than 5 days before a course, or where a participant simply fails to attend, then the full cost will be payable.

Cancellations Policy for OH&S 5-day Course
Cancellations notified later than 4 weeks prior to the course starting date will attract a fee of $350 if the vacancy so created is unable to be filled. This fee is applicable to both members and non-members.

Cancellations Policy for OH&S Refresher Course
Cancellations notified to IEU Victoria Tasmania later than 5 working days prior to the course starting date will attract a cancellation fee of 100% of the course fee. This fee applies to both members and non-members and is strictly enforced.
