Effective consultation is at the heart of strong, successful schools. When consultation is done well, it draws on the collective knowledge of staff, builds shared understanding and supports positive, informed decision making.
This training explores the foundations of Consultation, its vital role in shaping vibrant school communities and the framework that guides consultative Committees.
This training helps you balance the busy pace of school life and stay focused on what really matters to you and your constituents. Together we'll build on what's working well to further enrich collaboration, trust and shared success in every school.
Please note: This training is designed for IEU-elected committee members, focusing on their representative role. While not open to Principals or Deputy Principals, we greatly value the continued support of school leaders in fostering strong consultative practices, and we believe that the training will ultimately benefit the consultative processes and the broader school community.
