This full-day program gives Reps the practical tools and confidence they need to handle workplace grievances and resolve conflict. Using case studies and structured problem solving frameworks, participants develop skills to support members, communicate effectively and apply procedural fairness in complex situations.
Elected Reps have the right to paid leave to attend union training. This entitlement strengthens industrial literacy, and the IEU encourages every Rep to take advantage of this opportunity to develop their skills.
