Reps will collaborate with IEU Organisers and Reps from other schools to develop tailored strategies for:
Strengthening sub-branches.
Building team capacity through recruitment.
Becoming an empowered workplace advocate.
Skills

Identify your default leadership style, and adapt your approach to suit different situations and people.
