This session will support Education Support Staff to manage challenging conversations with colleagues. Schools and education workplaces are complex work environments where there can be intense pressure on the professional relationships between colleagues. It is important for ES staff to develop the social and emotional competencies required to negotiate challenging conversations and conflict with colleagues. The presenter will focus on practical conflict resolution skills to manage these challenging conversations.
